After a long dry spell with no DOGs a phone call from Homer prompted us to meet up in Bill Schupp park as a last minute DOG. There were only three of us but we still put out a tasty spread.
Homer kicked it off with a peach pie so it could get done and have timer to cool.
Then Randy and Homer got a couple of main dishes in the pots so they would have time to simmer and get tender. Randy with Beef Tips smothered in gravy with mushrooms and new potatoes.
And Homer with Pork Loins surrounded by new potatoes and carrots.
To polish off the meal Homer cooked up some mixed veggies with a cheese sauce and rice. Mmmmm
Homer's pork loin was so tender you could cut it with a fork.
And finally the spread laid out and ready to eat.
