RGVDOCS JANUARY 2024 DOG - Westside Park, McAllen

RGV Dutch Oven Cookers (RGVDOCS) met at Westside Park in McAllen, Texas on January 27th for their first DOG of 2024  Randy and Sylvia arrived early to park the trailer and get coffee started.  The weather was beautiful with blue skies, light clouds, and 65 degrees.

The cook table was set up.

Jason arrived shortly after and everyone started cooking.

Randy was prepping the King Ranch Casserole

Jason started prepping the biscuits

Randy tried stacking with Jasons Biscuits cooking on top of the Peach Cobbler.  Worked like a charm.

Before we knew it, the pots were on the table.

We had King Ranch Casserole

Peach Cobbler

And Drop Biscuits 

Mmmmm Good
